Wellbeing Workshops

Wellbeing Workshops

We have developed several wellbeing workshops suitable for health retreats, workplace wellbeing programs and training institutions. Our workshops are designed to present up-to-date clinical research about wellbeing and applied psychological strategies.

We offer a combination of presentation, discussion and practical exercises to ensure that participants actually acquire skills during the workshop. We are open to developing bespoke workshops tailored to the specific needs of your group, and are happy to look at the internal dynamics within your group as a means of enhancing your wellbeing.

Increasing self-awareness and acquiring practical skills to promote wellbeing are the two outcomes we aim for in our workshops. Participants will leave the workshop confident that they can apply the strategies we’ve discussed because they will have practiced them with us and had a chance to troubleshoot their use and application. They will develop a new perspective on themselves, their relationships and how to manage and be resilient in their busy lives.

Workshop Topics

The following wellbeing topics have been developed as two hour interactive workshops, and we’ve included an overview of each below.

We are also open to developing bespoke workshops for particular purposes and groups – please get in touch if you would like to discuss this.
